The Thought Inventory was brought to light with the purpose of sharing writing pieces and artwork about mental health, life — struggle, recovery, and lessons. I believe feeling like you belong is the first step towards releasing yourself.

I don’t write about myself, I write about us. The sensitive people, the dreamers who are afraid to speak up. This is for you, and that’s why I want you to be a part of it.
